Hello sir, I had a withdrawn on 12th of July at around 11 : 30 am a sum of Rs. 1000 from ATM of UCO bank but the ATM machine was not working properly and when I enter my card and give the withdrawn amount then suddenly the machine was stopped and I don't get my amount but when i check my account then it show me a withdrawn of Rs.1000 on the same date and time but as already tld you before that coz of the machine problem i don't get my money. I complained about this in the bank but still don't get my money as RBI says that in such cases the money should be refunded withing 12 working days.
