I am facing problem during BSNL selfcare registration
My uer id is id3422647318
my portal id is par93306072009
I used my user id as "1parthasen"
During registration it said "Broadband User ID is Invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in Your Service."
Help.

When you start registration , it asks for your customer ID ie. in your case its : 3422647318
It then validates, then show rest of the registration form.

Is it showing your rest of the registration form ?

Time and again it shows that the ID or password or customer id is invalid. Pl help.
