I get 5 bars when I use this SIM card on my mobile.

1)the BSNL clerk refused me a datacard which i think would be the right one for broad band connection

2)instead she sold me a voiceplan.Is a voiceplan exclusively for mobiles

3)She reused on the grounds that I had not bought my BSNL 7.2Mbps USB Modem from her(I bought it online)

Is she justified?

what is this , you don't need to buy it from them. Just buy sim and then get data recharge as per your wish and then use it as you want. Just check bsnl website and choose your data recharge and then ask them to do that particular recharge.

Thanks My sim is 3g so I should be able to upgrade to datacard from voiceplan -that is what you are saying?
