I want to register for bsnl selfcare, online billing. I couldn't register.
For selfcare registration the message saying customer id is already registered but i didnt register now i want to register tell me the solution.

Are you sure you never registered on it before, have you tried their password recovery option, may be you registered and then forgot about it ?

u can change your user name,for example ,if your user name is ellon,u can change ellon1 ,add number or somgthing else.
