I have newly applied BSNL broadband but I cant download something on pc but I can download on mobile through wifi.

I have TPlink TD-W8901N ADSL 2+ modem.

I am trying download on pc but download speed goes down from high to low and stops at 4 kbps and sometimes stops at 0 kbps. It only happen on pc only.

I can download from torrent but there is not enough speed, download @ 40 kbps and my plan is 4mbps.
I can download full speed from mobile that is 300 kbps.

Please help me on this.

Sorry for late reply, but apart of torrent what speed you get on your PC for normal download.
also , can you post speedtest.net results here for your internet connection ?
