Hi. My Name is Ashwini. I have just completed my B.tech. I didn't get placed in any company yet due to my low percentage in engineering. So many companies have already rejected me and that's why my confident level is very down. Can somebody suggest me what should I do?

Hi Ashwani, this is not just issue with you but with many many thousands of student throughout, even if have low grades, it never means you are not qualified. Education is more about building personality and bringing out talent than numbers.

I suggest you not to loose hope and instead going for bigger company, go for some small one, work there for a year or so and gain expertise in a particular field. Once you have expertise in any field, you will have lots of jobs.

I hope you will have good future ahead.

Dont loose hope.You just need to work on your weaknesses.Make a complete analysis why you were not selected ,what all the areas you are lacking.Prepare youself completely to crack the interviews.
