I have following pc configuration and I am facing a strange problem . My pc is not very new but its decent to be used for normal day to day task..

Intel original motherboard (D865GBF); 320 GB SATA HDD (Seagate); PCI modem,
1 GB DDR400 RAM (Transcend); GeForce 6600GT 256MB Video Card from sapphire.

On random basis my PC gives problem regarding sound after boot up. When I boot pc sometimes, it shows an icon in task bar and on tool-tip its written as following :
    Code:
No SoundMAX Audio Present. You cannot use SoundMAX Control Panel

Also, SoundMAX Control Panel does not open up. I have latest drivers installed and drivers are original soundmax driver came with hardware. When I reinstall soundmax driver, the problem solves on its own. But again when I restart or reboot my pc it pops up again.

Please help me as fast as possible.
