i co not know how to to send post which is preventing me from writing persnal messages

Every question or reply is considered as a POST. So far you have 2 posts, you can continue asking or replying and you will reach 10 posts and after that you can send PRIVATE MESSAGE to other members of eTI. Such message can't be seen by anynone apart of you and receiver.
