Pl direct me where to approach to set it right if i switch off it doesn,t close what to do where to sendfor repair inform

What you see is calling SOFT BRICKED, in most cases, a simple hard reset can solve this problem. If that doesn't work then there are few more option. But you don't need it to take to anyone to repair. But if it is in warranty, you may contact your nearest service center.

So first try hard reset, it will get your tablet to factory settings mode, so everything in tablet will be erased apart of memory card data.



• Switch off the tablet by pressing power button as long as it turns off.

• Now Press the power button + back button together for few seconds

• Recovery menu will appear in that select the option wipe data / factory reset

• Also delete devlik cache and restart your tablet.
