can you guys help me out to find out the right machine or equipment to measure out the blood pressure easily. And also if there are some different methods to find out the increase and decrease both in the blood pressure than please jot them down. I would be really thankful to you guys.

There are 2 types of blood pressure measuring instrument:-
1. Traditional blood pressure measuring equipment
2. Digital equipments --- (a) Digital blood pressure monitor arm type (b) Digital blood pressure monitor wrist type.
And there are only 2 methods for the measurement of blood pressure:- auscutatory and palpatory.
