Can i lodge a complain against mobile service provider- idea wrong billing

    Hi all,

    I have corporate connection of Idea cellular. I changed it from prepaid to postpaid on 24th august 2011.

    I did activated 98 Rs. Plan in my account for 2 gb GPRS usage. As per their system till the actual bill will be prepared my all useses will be counted on actuals (its their system default), and because of internet use my unbilled amount is 16,337 Rs. for which they are saying it will be adjusted as per plan when bill will be generated.

    the broblem is THEY DISCONTINUED MY OUTGOING FOURTH TIME and its like regular bases, they dicontinue, i complain they continue it and again discontinue on next day. its like they are playing, they appreciate that its their system fault but not resolving.

    Please tell can i lodge a complain.

    Of course you can lodge your complain on the official site of Idea cellular you just need to add your circle and select your cite and after that on left side you can find a complaint menu and there you can submit your problem. I hope this may help you....
