Is Property A Better Investment Than Gold??

Hi Guys!!

I am Business Man who is 32 years old ... I have saving of few lakhs .. But i am confused whether to invest in Gold or property...
Please suggest me a investment option which will give me better returns in future

Any other investment option which will give better returns will be highly obliged
