hi, there is any process through which we can realise the relation b/w male and female ?

There isn't any process for relationship to happen, normally, it happens that a girl and a boy meet as strangers, they start with a small talk and with the time they get close to each other and eventually one falls for other or both fall for each other and eventually anyone of them proposes (usually a guy) the other and eventually they get into a relationship....can I know the reason behind asking this funny question coz it isn't any experiment or law to have a defined procedure...this is a very natural thing
