Hi, i owe Samsung Wave S5253 and i want to upload songs aur some of my files via USB cable. but connecting it through the pc, it just show kies is getting connected but atlast it doesn't. Please help

Is it recognizing your phone ie. when you attach to PC, is there any activity , what do you see in Device manager in control panel ?
Btw, what is your windows version ?
