Samsung Galaxy Note 2 unable to Capture Photos

    Advert.
    Hi there,
I am having a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which is having a 16GB Internal Memory but when I am trying to capture Photos from its built in Camera it gives an error message displaying:-
"insert memory card internal memory is not running." What does this kind of message means? Can anybody tell me what to do?

    Hi,
The problem with Galaxy Note 2 not being able to capture photos might be due to the reason that the NAND partition that is present is the device is corrupted. You can solve this issue by opening the "Settings" inside settings you have to open the option called as "Storage" there you will be able to select the option to format the NAND partition of the device format that and then try taking a photo if that still doesn't work then you have to contact the service center of Samsung and get the issue fixed. This type of problem doesn't occur in devices which has internal memory also make sure that you have that partition in FAT32 and not in any other file format system.

    Hope this Helps.
