I have my neighbors key code and i can connect to it, but its too slow when i load a page sometimes it connects but sometimes it takes for ever. I can access to the router settings , its not secured.

I can access everything.how can i make it fast? Connectivity is excellent but sometimes it shows no internet access and but when connects, its too slow.

That is not a good idea to use neighbor's wifi internet connection. Anyways, if your neighbour is using slow connection then you can't do anything. Or may be lots of people like you are using that connection so all bandwidth is used up by them.
