Hi, i have been facing a problem from a week ago. And the problem is that i am unable to access the Internet for a week. First i check out my connectivity and after a while i thought my modem could be faulty and i should replaced my modem.
But still the ethernet and data leds on modem are not lightning up.I called Bsnl guys and they told that my lan card is faulty and i need to replace it. Now, i don't know what to do these bsnl guys are making non sense excuses. So if anyone out here knows how to check the LAN card then please let me know.
