It can't be 100% wroking and many people can cheat it with little knowledge and practice. .. but yest it is useful in many cases.

That thing is too uncertain, Both ways...
Some people escape clean from it as they're expert at speaking lies (Politicians>>?)
Some people, annoyed/Nervous by the surroundings and Circumstances, may be falsely claimed as liars.
