COPY OF ANSWER SHEET for School exam under RTI act

MY SON IS STUDYING IN CLASS IX IN DELHI BOYS GOVT. SCHOOL AT EAST OF LONI ROAD DELHI. HIS RESULT WAS COMPARTMENT IN TWO SUBJECT IN MATH & SCIENCE. SIMILARLY, HE JOINED COMPARTMENT EXAM. AND VERY MUCH SURE THAT HE WILL BE CLEARED IN BOTH SUBJECT. BUT IN THE SUBJECT OF MATH WAS FAILED. I 100% DOUBTFUL THAT ANSWER SHEET NOT CHECKED SERIOUSLY.

I WANT TO KNOW THAT CAN I GET COPY OF ANSWER SHEET OF MATH PAPER UNDER RTI ACT.

PL. GIVE ANSWER AT THE EARLIEST & ALSO PROVIDE TO ME COPY OF RELEVANT ACT.

You are talking about Class IX. So basically it is HOME EXAM and School posses all answer sheet. Ask the authority to show you sheets. If they disagree then you can go for RTI.

in this case you can use RTI Act - if School authorities fails to respond you can approach education department/board

Can I go to university by RTI if I think my paper is also not checked after the rechaking procedure and what will be its procedure?

Every university provide details for filing RTI. So you should check your university website for all those details.
