Eating single fruit daily is not a solution, rather go for seasonal fruits so that you can have diversified diet and it will be economical also. Or you can go through a cycle of fruit ie on day one take 2 fruits and on day two, take other two fruits, can start with Apple and Pomegranate and then on other day some other fruits, decide on the basis of availability.
