How to fight ageing?
I recently read an article which claimed that if we drink water straight from the bottle or through straw, sleep sideways on cotton pillowcases, etc. it accelerates skin ageing. Isn't it shocking? What is the remedy then to delay ageing and prevent these unwanted wrinkles?
