Black money issue has many blockade obviously placed by governments of the world to loot individuals.. We have treaties with other nations and banks have certain policies which safeguard these black money masters. However our govt is not even acting to a level were we can actually create a pressure on these banks and there govt`s.........Using deplomatic fronts and mounting pressure on nations will help us bringing this black moneey back but we all know what govt intentions are,,
