Location sharing problem in xolo A500 smartphone. Service problem?

Two weeks ago i purchased a mobile from xolo. The company which is a joint venture of lava and Intel. Intel makes the device powerful whereas xolo serve these mobiles in India.

From few days, i have been traveling a lot from city to city now i am finally in lucknow but my mobile all the time shows problem related to locations sharing. Then i consulted this problem with one of my friend he gave me the customer care toll free no. for Xolo i called them up. They said our customer executive will reach in 24 hours. Nothing happened on the same day. Then after few days i again call them up, they repeated the same statement and nothing as usual happened.

I wan't to know where can i fix this problem if they are not interested then why they are selling there mobile phones. Please Please help me.

Location sharing issue ? Can you explain a little more .. are you talking about the Google Location services which we see in Android phone ? I think you have problem with GPS ? Can you confirm , can your GPS lock location , also have you turned on AGPS in your phone ?
