How to Install Jelly Bean 4.2 update on A116 Micromax canvas HD

I have Micromax Canvas HD A116 and I got to know that company has rolled out jelly bean updates, I want to know procedure to install Jelly bean updates on my phone. I try to search internet but seems Micromax has not officially announced so I need to know how to do the procedure and what are the problem and risk on using the Jelly bean offical update for this phone.
