BlackBerry Q10 The IBM lotus note is not working

Hi,
I have Blackberry Q10 it is good at its looks and features also but 1 thing which made me to suspect this phone is that it is not made for IBM lotus.

As, from last 2-3 days I am trying to install IBM lotus in it but there is no response. The phone is not accepting the configurations. What to do can anyone here tell me?

I think if it has stop working try re-install it again and if it again gives that problem then check out for the amount of free space.
