Samsung Galaxy Grand Unable to reject call with a message

Hello friends,
I am really sufferin with the isue in my Samsung Galaxy Grand from the last 2-3 days. Rejecting calls with a message is not working on my Samsung Galaxy Grand.
I have tried to fix it by removing the battery but the problem continued. Is there any way to fix this problem?

This is not a big deal to be handled all you have to do is :-
1. Go to menu
2. Go to settings
3. Go to the message settings or call settings
4. And there you can do it.
