LG Optimus VU3 available in India or not and at what price?

Hi friends,
I came to know that LG is going to launch a new phone in market in its series of Optimus.
The name of the phone is LG Optimus VU3 and all I want to know is that till when tis phone will be launched in India and what would the price of phone and its specs?
