A 25k budget for a gaming PC is a bit tight budget even when you have the most expensive and important thing already, i.e. CPU, which itself is priced at 12k. I guess you'll have to keep the options open for later upgradation as well. I suggest following for gaming PC having AMD FX 8350 CPU:

Coolermaster cabinet N311 cost 2k,
Dell 20 inch LCD monitor cost 6k,
