HTC One X not connecting with PC with Windows 7-what to do?

Hello everyone,
My new HTC One X needs to be connected to my PC with windows 7. But sometimes it is not getting connected. I don’t know why this issue is coming up. I am following the correct way but still there seems to be some problem. Please give some proper guidence for the same.

OK, I got the thing but for that you just provide with the answer of the question that whether you are connecting it by Bluetooth or via USB cable?
