LG Phoenix Picture Quality is very poor . How to fix this problem ?

Hello everyone,
I recently upgraded myself to LG Phoenix. The photo quality is not good in this phone. I want to improve this quality. Please suggest me any app and also I have heard that we can do this process on PC.
Please tell me if it can be done and also how to do that?

You mean to say that the picture quality of this device is poor. Though there are lots of app available online you can download it to enhance picture quality you can't improve picture quality.
