Celkon A225 smartphne- Poor sound quality and connectivity problem?

Last month i bought a new smartphone for myself which is from celkon the phone is amazing and as per its price i found it very interesting. The problem is that the sound quality of this phone is very poor and it gives connectivity issues. Can anyone here help me what should i do or not.

Celkon A225 smartphone is a decent phone but since it is a domestic company and they import their devices from China. Apart from that if it is giving such a problem then i must advice you to go to your nearby service center and make your problem repaired.
