Registering for selfcare/bsnl portal- site is not accessible

Hello,
I am trying to register for online services for my BB in selfcare/bsnl portal.. but am unable to regiser as well as claim my user id and password. Please assist me.
Let me clearify that i've tried on selfcare northzone registration site but it isn't loading and other sites are mentioning some issues with my BB user id while i've put it correctly everywhere.

If there's any other alternative please let me know or if bsnl can provide me my user id and pwd as mentioned in some forums, please provide me as soon as possible. I want to check my data statistics and browse others of my online services regarding to my bsnl BB.
