Can't play mkv,AVI video files in Sony Xperia T2 Ultra

I am in problem friends, I purchased Sony Xperia T2 Ultra online because of its large screen and also Sony brandname but problem I facing that I can't play MKV and AVI movie in it. What is the enjoyment of large screen if I can't play movie in mkv and avi format. They hangs and I feel cheated. Please suggest me solution , I also downloaded MX player but it hangs while playing video so I think this phone is not good and I made mistake on buying it. All my money gone wasted on this cheap big phone from Sony sold for big price for big screen.

I don't think its that much bad.. it could be problem with those particular video you are using. IF MX player is hanging then try to switch between HW rendering and software rending in it. It should help.
