when i fix any pendrive in my computer, it is not reconginised by the computer but when i restart the computer with pendrive on it, the pendrive is shown in the computer and it work normally?

you have not mentioned which Operating System you are running ? Also does it happen with all available USB ports on your computer ?
wt is the config of u r computer and the version of operating system u r using. Mention the above details.
