HTC Touchpro model 4300 ( at&t unlock version) and BSNL 3G settings for India

Dear Ricky, I have HTC Touchpro model 4300 (i.e. at&t unlock version) .. i have done all setting that you have post .... 3G+ is display near the signal icon, but i cannot access internet .... can you please send me BSNL east 3g internet setting.
