Suggest me premium phone Rs. 40000+ budget

I own Samsung galaxy s3 and now I am looking to upgrade my phone. My budget is Rs. 40K + can be stretched a little . I need to have good display and long battery life.

The phones of my choice are :

1. LG G3

2. HTC One M8

3. Samsung Galaxy S5

3. Sony Xperia Z2

4. Samsung Galaxy Note 3

5. LG G Pro 2

Now suggest me which phone will be most suitable for me considering I need best possible battery in these kind of phones. I have been using s3 from long, now I need little bigger screen but I don't want to go really big like a tablet, so may 5.5inches is max I will go for. Give your valuable suggestions please.

I think you should go for LG G3 which is going to be the first phone with that much high resolution. But if you need something really feels and looks premium then HTC One M8 is way to go. For others, I will not suggest, atleast if I were , would never bother about Samsung or Sony as they are too much common and nothing feel fresh about them.
