Buy a new Sedan to replace aging maruti 800- suggestions required

Hi, I have been driving a Maruti 800 from last 12 years and I am not a regular driver, in all those 12 years, I have only done 45 km on my car. but now my family, specially my wife wants me to ditch this old M800 and look for new big car, should be a Sedan . So, I am looking forward to buy a new Sedan, should be spacious and comfortable to drive.

I will be driving mostly in City and I will only the only person to drive this car as my wife can't drive and have no plan to drive either. She prefer to be on passenger seat than driver seat.

My daily run could low, may be 10-20 km daily, that would translate into around 400km per month. There are occasional short holiday drives and nothing more. I am more concerned about reliability and acceptability of than power and looks.
