What is Silk IPS Capacitive Touch Screen in Smartphones?

Hi,
I basically keep updating with all the new smartphones and tablets launching in the markets. I have a passion to know the specifications of it. Soon, i just watched a review of a new smartphone launched recently in the market. And while reading to it's specifications i just read that it has,"Silk IPS Capacitive Touch Screen" and i just got confused that what type of touchscreen does it has. If anyone, with the correct information do reply me soon.

Just for your information there is nothing related to new technology innovation in display it's just the smooth touch (Like Silk has a smooth touch) that's only the reason beyond it. Nothing else, I hope know you understand.
