BSNL Wi Fi Error - HTTP request failed

When I try to connect using BSNL Wi Fi connection below error is displayed

Authentication Error Code: -7
Authentication Message: HTTP request failed
Details: The network "XXX" could not be found. The network may be out of range, or it may not broadcast its SSID. If the network does not broadcast its SSID, then the 'Does not broadcast its SSID' option must be selected in the Wi-Fi bookmark for that network.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue?
