Hanging problem in Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3110 after re- formating?

Hi, i bought a samsung galaxy tab 2 for me with 8 GB of sandisk memory card and a samsung original flip cover and all of these things cost me around 19K approximately. The problem is i format my tablet twice and re-installed all the application twice and now still it is giving a problem what should i do please suggest.

should i got to the shop owner or this problem should be for service center.

You mean you have re-set the factory settings? It will give when you eventually switch on the device and start using application, just wait for a while and then access any application as it takes time to load.
