Other than that, there are few medicines like Almond milk which is prepared by soaking 10 almonds overnight in water. Peel off the skins and blend with 1 cup water or warm milk. Add a pinch of nutmeg, ginger and saffron.
Orange juice in cup with 1 teaspoon honey and a pinch of nutmeg can be effective. But if you are facing serious issues, its always better to consult your doctor rather than home remedies.
