Status difference creating problem in my love marriage

i am 26 year simple girl and am a physiotherapist. i am the youngest daughter in my family. my elder sister had a intercaste love marraige against my parents wish. it has been more than 1 year but my parents are not in contact with her. i am in love with my Bhabhi's cousin brother. . we both are in relationship from 2 years. his status is lower than our family n this is the reason my parents are denying for our marraige. but what i think is that we both will be working so for me status doesnt have an issue on my side but my parents are worrying about this a lot. how to convince my parents .
