Why Sony Xperia Z Ultra has no Flash for camer even being so costly phone ?

HI friends and members,
I have a question I wanted to ask from long and is bothering me about Sony phone, sony had launched this costly phone Sony Xperia Z ultra a while ago, its a very costly phone, a lot more costly than Sony Xperia Z but why this phone has no flash ? Is that flash is so costly that company tried to save money and removed flash ?

They think its more tablet and hence I they do not have flash but seriously without flash, its not worthy to spend so much money but if you are looking for a table then buy it. Its a small tablet ..
