How to us BSNL 1099 unlimited 3G speed - no restriction plan - need details

Can someone give me details of the recently announced BSNL 1099 3G unlimited plan with no FUP limit ? I can't find any details on their website and I can't make it how to get it ? Is it prepaid plan or it is a postpaid plan ?How do start using it ?

There is no details other than that it has been launched pan India.

Anybody with any help here ?

I guess its simple , just do a recharge of Rs. 1099 on prepaid, you should have unlimited 3G data available. Earlier it was STV 1099 for 9GB data with unlimited 64kbps post FUP speed.
