Can't connect to Kies Samsung CT-3222 phone using bluetooth

I am trying to connect internet on my pc using samsung ct-3222 mobile using bluetooth, someone suggested that you should install samsung kies, I installed and when I try to connect using bluetooth, it gives following error :

Reconnect the device in Samsung Kies (Pc studio mode)
Current connection mode not supported by kies,
Check the USB settings..
Settings --> Application --> Development --> USB debugging (x)

But I don't see it anywhere in phone or in kies... please help.
