First time love complicated - expressed love but she is not accepting

Hi everyone
I m 18 and studying mbbs.
I m in love with a girl who is also studying in my batch... It was kinda like love at first sight for me....
I saw her first in the newspaper and from that moment i had fallen for her and i left my native state and got admitted in the same college as her....
I have expressed my love 3 times....directly said her....
Once she said she iz not ready
After 1.5months gap....i asked again....she said that shez nt ready fr a realtion because of the obligations involved and that she is gonna be in relationship and gonna marry the same guy....(i m ready for it...my parents are open minded about it)
The third time on her bday i gave her a present...she took one gift(chocolates) but didnt accepted other...
I made a video for her....n asked her abt it....
All she said was... 😱
We are from different states...she is from manipur
For her...i have changed myself soooo much.....and i m ready to do much more...
What should i do?????
I am totally confused...!!!
Please be open and help me out....

You are a lucky guy to have chance to express your love to one you actually love, you know, she now knows that you love her, by now there must be already a soft corner for you in her heart.

Since you are in MBBS, there are plenty of years ahead and you are too young too, give it time, don't force her but keep her showing your affection (with in limits), by time you leave this course, you both have completely different mind-set, you can only understand it when you reach there, wait for that time, hopefully things will be cool for both of you..
