User number not getting recognised during creating User I.D and Password Process

I am bsnl coustomer since last Two Month, My Customer ID - 3006981428 is not getting recognised when ever i have tried to create my User I.D and Password. Please look in to the matter and Guide on above.
Also, I have experience failure or Land Line services frequently since Installation. Land Line/ Broadband services are getting out of order for more than 10 days in one month. Where i have to report about frequent Failure of my services.

I think you should complaint to regional broadband cell, they are the one you manage, create and reset broadband username , password etc. generally they are helpful guys but only issue is how to find the right department .. :)

As suggested by Savera, i also think that you must file a complaint to the regional broadband cell since i had faced the same problem they track my problem and rescue me from this problem.
