Which handset I should buy for net access, wifi etc..

Hi ! I want to buy a new handset for myself and my budget is not more than Rs. 6,000. I want a handset in which I can access my mail id's and facebook also. It should also has some basic features like bluetooth, wi-fi, and camera and video recording etc. There's only a one thing that I don't want to buy a handset of chinese company's and any other company's like micromax, lemon, fly and intex etc. So, plz guys suggest me a nice phone which I can buy on my budget.

You should try Dell XCD28, Nokia X2-03 or Acer Betouch.
