Sir i am very much interesting to get a government job this year mainly in 2013. And as we all know that LIC is conducting their recruitment for ADO's. But i want to know that what will be the syllabus and written exam pattern so as to prepare best for it.

It's good to see your interest in government job as in 2013 there will be huge no. of government job available. Here, is the syllabus pattern and written test details mentioned:
Selection Process: The Selection Procedure for LIC ADO Exam, consists of Written Exam (Online test) and Interview.
LIC Syllabus for Written Exam (Online test): LIC is going to conduct the Written test on 2nd Feb, 2013 and 3rd Feb, 2013. The Syllabus and Scheme of LIC Written Exam is as follows.
The Online test is Objective in nature and contains Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ's) of 2 Hours, comprising of following two papers.
1) Paper-I : Test of Reasoning and Numerical Ability
2) Paper-II : General Knowledge, Current Affairs and English Language with Special emphasis on Grammar and Vocabulary.
Guidelines for Written test
Applicants will have to pass in each of the paper separately
Applicants will have to obtain the minimum marks in each of the Objective tests separately.
The minimum marks in each of the Papers, will be decided by LIC.
There will be penalty for each of the wrong answers marked.
What After the Written test ?
Successful students in the Written exam will be called for the Interview. It is important to note that candidates will have to score Minimum Qualifying marks in the Interview, otherwise, they will be disqualified from further selection.
