calls are forwarded and this number doesn't exist-BSNL

Hello, my bsnl sim card mistakenly in call settings i put off the caller identity and it reacted so after that my sim card doesn't get any incoming call that means when i called that bsnl number its answering a voice 'calls are forwarded and this number doesn't exist'. So, i want to make that incoming call should be their and i tried even by making the caller identity on again in call settings on my cell but its not responding anything.
Please, please, please help me
